Ex Novo Peaching to the Choir 1/2 bbl

German Gose brewed with Jacobsen Sea Salt and apricot and peach purees. Then moved to pinot barrels and aged with Brett C on fresh Oregon peaches. Delightfully tart and super juicy with just touch of Brett funk.
